Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

Advice & support: You advise executives as well as employees of a defined care area in all personal questions as well as in change processes. Confidential cooperation: You act and support as a saving partner for employee representation and ensure professional implementation and continuous optimization of all HR processes. Development: Promoting with passion for work with people You actively develop employees and accompany our junior programs. HR Controlling & Reporting: You are responsible for the monthly preparation, evaluation and analysis of HR KPIs and prepare them as a basis for decision-making for management. Project work: You take responsibility for strategic cross-sectional topics and are proactive in the design of modern HR standards.

You have a successfully completed economic studies, ideally with a focus on human resources management, or comparable training. You bring well-founded knowledge of individual and collective labour law (ideally experience in the field of cladding agreements) and have already gained practical experience in human resources. You are a powerful team player with a safe appearance and are characterized by open communication, integrity and a structured working method. You are IT-affin and control MS Office applications (especially Excel) safely. You also have good English skills in word and writing.
