Layer management in your department and management of your employees from a professional and disciplinary perspective Planning of personnel use, creating shift plans and coordinating the daily work processes Keep in mind the number and quality required as well as work and process instructions and ensure their compliance Continuous improvement of organization, production and technology Support in the implementation of the targeted operational objectives

Completed food technology, technical training – ideally advanced training to master or technician (m/w/d) Insufficient professional practice in packaging / assembly leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, desirable in the food industry Routine handling of MS Office and SAP Willingness to work in the 3-shift system (breakfast, late and day shift) as well as work on weekends and holidays
