Technical and disciplinary (co-) management of the team in the field of accounting. Co-responsibility for the first-just production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and international national GAP. Leading cooperation and contact persons in various accounting matters and questions. Dealing with balance sheet issues as well as special topics according to HGB and international Landes-GAAP. Accompanying the change process of the company and active cooperation in digitization and optimising accounting processes. Development and implementation of cross-border standards for the harmonisation of processes and identification and implementation of efficiency potentials. Direct contact person of the management as a business partner and cross-border cooperation with all specialist departments. Leadership, motivation and further development of a team.

Complete study of the business economy or a comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with an international background. In-depth knowledge in the field of standard ERP systems desirable. Impressed leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making. Strong analytic and conceptual skills. High self-initiative and strong responsibilities. Innovation joy and openness for new technologies. Team- and solution-oriented operation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
