Technical Internal Sales - Metal / B2B (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our B2B customers from crafts and industry, and you will start tailor-made offers as well as orders in our ERP system. You advise our customers competently on the phone and by e-mail and develop technical solutions for specific installation situations of our metal products. You actively engage your own customer base, from specialist companies to craft businesses, and build long-term business relationships. You negotiate prices and conditions with customers and suppliers You monitor the entire order process from the request to delivery and thus ensure a high customer satisfaction.

You have a completed training in commercial or technical fields. You bring first sales experience, ideally from the metal or building materials industry, and have a passion for technical products. With your structured and independent way of working, you can also keep track of complex inquiries and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications and have already worked with an ERP system. Your knowledge of German is at a negotiated level (C2) in word and writing.
