Technical Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks: You assume the overall responsibility with regard to personnel management and order processing of the complete department RetroFit/Intralogistiksysteme – Technik. You guide the team with around fourteen employees both professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop it. You run the project management and take the deployment planning for your team. In doing so, you plan resources efficiently, define clear project phases as well as partial targets and keeps the progress in terms of quality, time and budget in mind. You regularly take over the organizational readiness service, are accessible to customers and employees and organize and support the problem-solving process. You support technical sales during the offer phase including presentation to the customer. You take entrepreneurial responsibility and ensure the quality of our processes.

You need this: You have completed a master's degree with mechatronics or electrical engineering or you have an equivalent qualification. You have a well-founded knowledge of automation and drive technology. You have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in the technical field and ideally leadership experience. You are a car driver, have at least the driving license class B and are also ready for Germany-wide service trips. You live a strong service and customer orientation. You embody real passion and actively promote entrepreneurial development.
