Support of the management: You assist the commercial manager in the operating daily business. Office organization: You are part of the secretariat team. The smooth organization of the secretariat, including the coordination of appointments, the communication to the customer and the management of documents, is also part of your task. Financial and accounting: You take preparatory activities for accounting, first offer and are responsible for the invoice delivery. Marketing: You participate in the implementation of marketing activities and introduce your creative ideas.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. Ideally, you already have professional experience, preferably in the construction industry. You are safe in dealing with popular MS Office applications (especially teams, Excel, Word and Outlook). You have already gained first experience in marketing or show a strong interest in it. You convince by a friendly and professional appearance, work independently as well as reliable and draw your attention through loyalty and resilience.
