Control and maintenance of IT Asset Management for all applications, including hardware, software and licenses (use, update, repair and replacement) Procurement, preparation and output of hardware to employees Responsibility for licensing and contract management Creating and maintaining detailed inventory lists for hardware and software as well as deriving proposals for IT-related procurements and redistributions Working with the user support for employees in the CEE cluster (Central & Eastern Europe) and in the German companies End user computing (e.g. laptops, smartphones, tablets and other devices) Participation in 1st and 2nd level support in End User Computing logging and categorisation of all requests and tasks in the IT ticketing system ServiceNow

Completed IT training or a comparable qualification At least 1 year of professional experience in IT support or IT service environment ITIL Foundation or higher quality certification, ideally with focus on IT Service Delivery / IT Service Desk Experience in supporting Windows systems in the business environment Experience in supporting Android and iOS end devices in the business environment Experience in handling Microsoft 365 in the business environment Embossed customer and service orientation readiness to travel Good communication skills to explain complex or difficult issues in a comprehensible way Analytical Skills for Diagnosis and Solution of Basic Technical Problems German language skills and excellent English skills as a basic prerequisite for support in the international working environment
