As an important link in the sales team, you actively contribute to the success of our company. Your tasks are versatile and dynamic: Customers win: You actively address potential new customers via phone, email and online meetings and inspire them for our solutions. Maintaining relationships: You will support our existing customers with a lot of empathy and continue to expand the partnerships in the long term. Sales support: You keep the back of our field service free by perfectly organizing and preparing customer appointments. Offer /Tender Management: You create customized offers, track the status independently and lead them to the successful project conclusion. Structure & CRM: You maintain and document customer and activity data reliably in our CRM system. Campaigns: You actively participate in exciting sales and targeted marketing campaigns.

Qualification: You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification. Experience: First experience in customer support is beneficial. Communication strength: You will enjoy direct customer contact (telephone, video, mail) and always meet the right sound. You communicate safely in German and English. Analytical skills: A pronounced understanding of numbers as well as process-oriented thinking distinguish you. IT knowledge: You have good knowledge in the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Mindset: You think in a solution-oriented way, stay left in challenging situations and convince by a positive emission. High team capacity, flexibility and real pleasure in varied and challenging tasks complete your profile.
