Result Responsibility (P&L) for an FM segment with approximately € 16 million annual performance Professional and disciplinary leadership of the object managers and object teams Ensuring services, service levels and quality standards agreed with customers Control and optimization of processes in technical and infrastructural facility management Continuous analysis of economic efficiency and derivation of measures to improve earnings Building and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships, including escalation management and contract development Close cooperation with central departments (e.g. controlling, purchasing, HR)

Multiannual experience as field manager, object manager or in comparable management position in facility management Impressed business understanding, safe handling of budgets and P&L management leadership competence, communication strength and high customer orientation Structured, solution-oriented operation and ability to control complex FM structures driving licence class B Good knowledge of German in word and writing
