Your tasks:

Take these challenges *Supporting project management in planning, coordination and implementation of projects

• Organisation and coordination of appointments and committee meetings Development and maintenance of project plans, status reports and presentations Extensive travel planning for the department Telephone and written correspondence Preparation and follow-up of project meetings Support for administrative tasks within the department Efficient communication within the department

Your qualifications:

How to convince us Resulted commercial training or a comparable qualification First experience in project assistance, ideally in the automotive sector Organizer and ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations Team spirit, initiative and a structured way of working Good knowledge of MS Office Sure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
