Experience with substance: Multiannual professional experience as a technical trainer in mechanical engineering, supply engineering, plant construction or a comparable demanding environment. Digital Native Mindset: You move intuitively and securely in the digital world. New tools and technologies do not understand you as a hurdle, but as an opportunity for optimization. Team-Mentor & Brückenbauer: You will be delighted to take your current colleagues on this digital journey, reduce technological hurdles and inspire the entire team for modern training methods. AI & media competence: You are versed in handling AI tools and author tools for content creation. You know how to digitally understand and modernise complex technology. Sovereign appearance: Intercultural competence and the ability to act safely and convincingly in hierarchical structures (military) or under time pressure (NGOs).
