Active support of new projects and new product developments or adaptations Benefit from a broad internal network to many different areas Wear with your work for safe use of the products and thus to protect customers Contact person for the introduction, maintenance and renewal of certificates/licences focusing on electronic explosion protection (self-safety) and/or functional safety (SIL) and cyber security Accompanying product development in new and existing developments Regular exchange with internal and external stakeholders as well as with international audit bodies and regulatory authorities Monitoring the development of standards and their impact on products Working in standards bodies and working groups to represent business interests

Successfully completed studies focusing on security/safety engineering, IT security, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification Safe movement between regulations, directives and standards and experience with conformity assessment procedures Technology affinity and competence and motivation for project management Reliability coupled with systematic and analytical methods Good knowledge of German and English Passion for ATEX, IEC 60079 series and/or ISO 6184-1:1985-11 (static explosion protection)
