Build progress together with passion from ideas Preparation and processing of diverse construction measures in the building, such as logistics halls, production facilities, car parks, data centers and office buildings Procurement and management of subcontractors and management of their own construction site staff Support and monitoring of our construction projects in terms of dates, costs and quality Work with the instruments of standardised project processing, BIM and Lean methods

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the development of construction projects Experience with MS Project and with the software RIB iTWO desirable Knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Organizational talent, communication strength and team skills Negotiating skills, enforcement skills and social competence
