It is the central unit for the collection, binding, activation and participation of personal, corporate and student members as well as for the professional support of volunteer engagement in regions, specialist groups and the Young Crew. The aim of the department is to make the GPM usable, relevant and effective for members and interested parties – through precise membership services, a strong volunteer culture and lively club formats. The department connects data-driven member management with partizipativer community work and ensures that impulses from the Volunteer Office are systematically integrated into the further development of the association.
