The international business with International Corporates, Financial Institutions and Sovereigns is a key business focus of LBBW. In the Documentation Group, in cooperation with our market colleagues, the legal field and all other relevant departments, you actively support the financing of International Corporates, Sovereigns and Financial Institutions in Germany and the whole world, mainly in English. If you want to become part of our international risk management team with a focus on documentation, we look forward to your application.

• Technical representation of the group management

• Evaluation of documentation-relevant questions from an economic perspective and production or Control of decision-making templates for senior decision-makers:

• Support for domestic and foreign units to negotiate other contracts related to their business

• Analysis and evaluation of documentation risks in complex financing structures and products from an economic perspective

• Participation in internal and external bodies to develop credit and securities documentation

• Contact person for documentation topics of the associated risk management units in the field

• Cooperation in projects and acquisition of special topics

• Involvement and support of young people and new employees

• Active cooperation in digitization topics as well as ongoing optimisation of processes

• Promote LBBW's strategic impact directions in its own area

• Economic/juristic/study or comparable training Professional experiences in the banking industry or in other homes in Germany or abroad

• Very good knowledge of common types of contracts and very good knowledge of financing and capital market products

• High affinity on legal issues through relevant study focuses

• Ability to proactive and error-free work even in printing situations

• Teamability on a cross-group and department basis

• Management-level negotiation security / structured working and flexibility

• Interest in a position with an international focus

• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English; further non-negotiable foreign languages are advantageous
