Operational and strategic control of charter traffic including planning, coordination and monitoring of transports as well as efficient use of vehicles, driving personnel and other resources Expansion of the Charter Department with a focus on the sale of cargo and further development of the Charter business for the sustainable increase of utilisation and cost-effectiveness Control of supply and order processing including price and capacity planning and analysis of relevant economic indicators Construction and maintenance of customer and supplier relationships as well as support and further development of existing customers in the charter segment Professional and disciplinary leadership, coordination and development of the Charter team Ensuring efficient cooperation between disposition, fleet management, controlling and sales Optimizing processes, quality and customer satisfaction as well as developing and implementing measures to increase efficiency Ensuring compliance with legal, qualitative and safety-relevant requirements and professional fault management

Complete vocational training in the field of transport/logistics or completed commercial vocational training with corresponding further training in the forwarding sector Qualification as a transport manager or the willingness to acquire this timely (costs are taken over by the employer) Multiannual activity in the transport sector with knowledge of vehicle and personnel deployment planning and well-founded market knowledge in freight forwarding and chartering Professional and disciplinary leadership experience Collaborative Mindset, Analytical Thinking, Technological Understanding and Competence in Change Processes Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office and TMS systems Current knowledge of German and English Impressed social competence and very good communication skills in contact with employees and customers
