You achieve order intakes and sales with services & cybersecurity products with both new and existing medium and small customers, as defined in the sales plan. They contact, with customers, mainly through outbound calls. They identify solutions for customer needs, including experts (Subject Matter Experts). In addition, you acquire new customers and win back lost. You receive and increase customer loyalty and secure important business through regular customer contacts. In your position, you document all activities in the relevant IT tools (e.g. Salesforce). They estimate the expected sales volume of a request or a lead and generate the respective opportunity. You can also work from the home office.
