You are an enthusiastic service engineer (all genders) and you want to successfully introduce your skills in IT support and hardware rollouts? Then you are right with us! You secure the operation in a versatile system landscape You will process tickets taking into account SLAs You eliminate disturbances in the 1st and 2nd level support, or if necessary, keep them on following units You receive customer requests by phone, e-mail or at our customer booth and process them You care about the asset data You support IT projects You continuously optimize the operating processes and structures

You have the pleasure of working independently You are motivated to develop yourself in the IT world You have ideally experience in 1st and 2nd level phone support You have basic knowledge of Windows and Office environments You have advanced knowledge regarding standard hardware You are communication and team capable You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
