Your tasks:

• Assistance in the planning and coordination of project activities and results
• Communication with interest groups and team members to clarify project objectives and progress
• Support in creating cost estimates and schedules
• Monitoring the project progress through visits on site, tracking milestones and reporting on the current state
• Establishment of action plans to return to the right path in case of deviations
• Perform administrative tasks such as planning meetings, compiling reports and managing project files

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Higher education required; relevant certifications or a degree in engineering or a related area are advantageous
• Proven experience in project management or in a related function in soft and hardware development
• Embossed organizational skills with the ability to multitask and supervise multiple projects
• Controlling Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flowing German knowledge, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
