Our employees are the basis of our company success. And we want to be even more successful. That's why we need you at our site in Montabaur! In our highly motivated and dedicated team we are responsible for the processing of all shipping and customer returns.

The goods sent back or not successfully delivered by our customers are recorded and stored. As a result, the automated follow-up processes, such as the creation of credits, are initiated. This is very timely to generate a good customer experience. Used and opened goods are carefully assessed in our area of Refurbishment and returned to our product cycle. This applies both to DSL and mobile. The reverse logistics thus contributes to a responsible handling of scarce resources.
