CE coordinator in project business (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a CE coordinator (m/w/d) in the project business.

CE declarations of conformity: You create, test and release CE declarations of conformity for customer-specific systems and systems. Compliance with Directives: You ensure compliance with relevant European guidelines and standards, in particular the Machinery Directive, ATEX Directive, Pressure Equipment Directive and Low Voltage Directive. Security assessments: You conduct risk assessments as well as conformity assessments and moderate them professionally. HAZOP support: You support the creation and evaluation of HAZOP studies. Technical documentation: You create, test and maintain technical documentation as well as all CE-relevant accompanying documents. Project advice: You advise and support the project teams in all issues relating to CE, standards and compliance and act as a competent contact person. Audit management: You actively participate in internal audits, customer audits and compliance audits. Process optimization: You maintain, standardize and develop internal processes and guidelines for ensuring CE conformity. Training: You carry out training and awareness-raising activities for employees.

Academic background: You have completed technical studies, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering, or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have several years of practice in the creation of risk assessments and CE documentation. Expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge of the Machinery Directive, ATEX Directive and relevant standards. Technical understanding: You can read and create process flow diagrams (P&ID) and electrical circuit diagrams safely. Handling risks: You have deep expertise in dealing with chemical hazards such as gasifying media, exothermic reactions, material tolerances and toxic dangerous substances. Software knowledge: You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have SAP experience. Industry experience: You have experience in at least one of the fields of chemical process industry, food and process technology or drinking water/water treatment. Working methods: You work structured, carefully and independently. Personal strengths: You convince by the strength of communication and the joy of knowledge transfer. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. readiness to travel: You are ready to travel internationally (about 10%).
