Software Deployment Engineer (m/w/d) You play an important role in the Data Analytics and automatic passenger counting team. The software solutions include analysis of historical data of the ÖPNV operation, as well as real-time processing and display of passenger numbers, so that our global customers can derive optimal forecasts. Together with your team, you act as an interface between national and international transport companies in the introduction and use of our system solutions and are in constant exchange with our colleagues from the development You plan shipments (installations, updates, patches) of our data analysis software solutions and roll them out on our complex customer systems As part of our customer projects, you coordinate software migrations for our software solutions You can also provide the specific documentation of all necessary information in our JIRA ticket system and the Knowledge Database Confluence – to ensure a broad transfer of knowledge You carry out functional testing of the delivered software and analyze any errors, possibly also based on the program code For a constant know-how transfer, you work closely with your future colleagues of your own team as well as cross-departmental departments You support the improvement and automation of processes in deployment

You have completed a training as a specialist, a study in the IT field, or your technical expertise on practical (vocational) experience Affinity for data and their analysis Flowing German and English skills help you in technical exchange with colleagues Finding knowledge in SQL, at best in the Oracle environment, bring you Basic understanding of server configurations (e.g. clusters, virtual machines) Experience with PowerShell, Java and/or PL/SQL is desirable At best, you have already gained first experience with cloud and real-time technologies as well as CI/CD and can introduce them You like to get active, find team play important and share your knowledge with others
