Complete order cycle up to goods receipt booking incl. Complaint processing Analysis of offers from suppliers, and development of new sources (including price and contract negotiations) Collection, processing and maintenance of master data (as well as documentation management of documents) Ensuring a demand-oriented warehouse economy for raw materials, commercial goods, spare parts and operating materials Administrative support of department management and cooperation in interdisciplinary projects Assessment and support of suppliers and products, using key figures and statistics to be compiled Participation in continuous testing and implementation of cost-cutting and quality improvement measures Review of offered and delivered product qualities (support by specialist department) Creditors Audit and Releases

Your training, your experience and your analytical thinking and your conscientious way of working should help you to solve the required tasks (e.g. farmer, commercial specialist, industrial businessman, etc.) Very good communication skills, as well as reliability, resilience and teamability Self-employed and solution-oriented work Negotiating skills in dealing with business partners Versified handling of software (including ERP System and MS Office applications)
