Management and maintenance of the tenant correspondence as well as organisation of all object-relevant documents Auditing and processing of invoices Working with operational and sales tasks in the daily business Representation and representation of illness for colleagues Care of tenants on site/response partners for tenants Implementation of object visits with interested parties Support and implementation of transfers and withdrawals of rental areas Coordination and control of external facility management service providers in cooperation with colleagues on site Reporting and maintenance of the internal CRM database (Sugar)
