They work closely with the field service as well as other departments to provide the customer with the best possible service. They support the sales team in marketing products and services and advise customers on their needs. They maintain the customer database and keep all information up to date.

They have a completed commercial training and ideally already first experience in the sales service. They are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with CRM systems. They have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing, in English you are well able to communicate. They convince by their pronounced communication skills and their safe appearance. The customer is always at the center of attention for you, and you have the pleasure of finding solutions. They work structured and keep an overview in stressful situations. They are a team player and actively contribute to a positive working climate.
