Monitoring and control of the design Maintenance of construction sites until complete completion Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations Quality assurance of performance of contractors (work contract) Coordination with building ladders and other structures Documentation of progress and preparation of reports Solution of problems and conflicts at the construction site

Unrestricted installation readiness Complete training in construction or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a rooftop in the renovation of industrial roofs Knowledge of construction and quality assurance Management and organisational competence Communication strength and enforcement capacity Teamability and durability Class B valid driving licence
