HR Business Partner (m/w/d) – Cluster Large Piece Logistics

You are advising executives and employees at our locations in Eardruf and Erfurt in all personal-relevant topics throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. Exciting topics such as the short-term management and BEM are actively addressed, initiate improvements and bear the responsibility for implementation. Recruiting specialists and executives as well as personnel development has a high priority. You work closely with the works council, transfer between different interest groups and negotiate business agreements. You organize and implement HR projects, such as change management, along with the introduction of new HR tools and processes.

Profund Multiannual Experience as HR Generalist (HR BP, speaker) preferably in the consulting of sites or in the logistics/concern environment Successful studies in the field of economic, legal, social sciences with a focus on staff or comparable training and qualifications Very good competence in labour law Team player and contact person*in at eye level Passion, empathy & at the same time enforcement strength to successfully lead topics to the goal Courage and personality to rethink habits & drive new things Fun on occasional journeys to our locations
