As a provider manager, you control and coordinate external software service providers: in particular in the fields of asset optimization, energy trading and risk management solutions, as well as external data providers:in for forecasts and market data. You enter into the contractual arrangements, monitoring and further development of the services to ensure continuous performance in accordance with the agreed quality standards, SLAs and budgets. As part of the IT service integration, you are responsible for the efficient integration of external providers into the existing IT architecture and business processes. You are responsible for the coordination, application and implementation of the adjustments and their operation during service changes.

You bring a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field or a comparable qualification. In the control of external service providers, as well as in the design and monitoring of service-level agreements (SLAs), you already have several years of professional experience. Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of energy trading. You have a high level of problem-solving competence and you like to make your own decisions after careful consideration.
