Control of the shift team and simultaneous appearance as a model and contact person for the employees Ensuring the smooth running of the operating daily business Professional guidance and control of professional employees, feedback on performance Compliance with statutory safety regulations for occupational health and fire protection Documentation of deviations, correction/prevention measures Protection of standardised processes in cooperation with commercial personnel Ensuring proper handling of equipment FFZ, charging infrastructure, packaging line Responsibility for safety, order and cleanliness in the entire storage area Conducting statistics/references e.g. shift reporting by default
