Quality assurance: Change management, complaints, supplier management, implementation of laws and guidelines, inspections, batch documentation verification, regulatory contact, presentation checks, training management, deviation management, qualification of analysis equipment Quality control: Testing of packaging materials and chemical starting materials, testing and approval of in-house formulated goods, stability testing, analytical development, microbiology, validation, qualification Production units: formulation (production of liquid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms such as tablets, powders, granules, solutions, emulsions or suspensions) and packaging (filling and primary and secondary packaging), cooperation with the fields of development, project management, packaging technology and engineering in projects, process optimization in the GMP environment TS/MS: Process, computer and cleaning validation, continuous process validation (CPV), space qualification, monitoring, risk management, electronic and paper-based production instructions, implementation of regulatory requirements TS/MS Project Management: introduction of new formulations, products and manufacturing processes from the development into the CIP GMP environment; product transfer from other production sites to the CVP; Optimization of established products in the CVP, link between development and routine production Packaging technology: Packaging (PM) optimization, development of new PM ideas, processing tests with PM, production support (error analysis), supplier contact/management, cooperation with development and engineering technology in projects Operational Excellence: Optimization of processes and structures to increase quality and efficiency, Lean Concept, Six Sigma Tools, Multi-Project Management
