Become part of our North Branch team and contribute to ensuring the operation of an exciting real estate portfolio. Depending on the location, you will be used for projects for federal construction, state construction, university construction or building management. Within the framework of this, you will be responsible, inter alia, for the state-of-the-art facilities of the Bundeswehr, Federal Police, Initial Recording Facilities or Land Service. The site is the North branch at the locations in Kassel, Fritzlar, Schwalmstadt, Bad Hersfeld or Bad Arolsen.

Projecting, planning, tendering, construction management and accounting of measures in compliance with public procurement and contract law in the field of supply technology, HKLS and building automation commissioning and control of engineering offices for new and remodeling, repair and maintenance measures as well as support and rehabilitation programmes Monitoring the time and cost framework Organisation and communication with all project participants as well as internal, cross-departmental coordination.

Complete study of the Department of Supply Technology (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) or comparable qualification Knowledge of the various HOAI performance phases, ideally in public procurement and contract law, as well as planning and construction management experience Safe handling of MS Office programs, an AVA program (iTWO desirable), ideally basic knowledge in a CAD program Ability to large-scale construction sites or in tight spaces Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
