Your area: Service bundle IT for statistics The IT for Statistics service bundle is the internal IT service provider for the NRW Statistical Office. We advise the departments of the Statistics division in IT questions and provide appropriate IT solutions from conception to development to operation. We work closely with other IT service bundles from IT.NRW and other statistical offices.

Your main activity: You are responsible for collecting and consolidating the initial information on the requests of customers. You take care of the service and project-oriented consulting of customers. You will find solutions and communicate between IT and the respective departments. You conduct project and request-related request management according to proven standards (including workshops and interwiews). You shall examine the requirements regarding their strategic and technical feasibility. You develop (special) concepts based on the collected requirements and pass the results to the project management. Your task also includes: You contribute to the development of the requirement management and the consulting team.

You bring with them: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or in a degree course with IT reference As an alternative to studies: Completion as an operating professional or many years of relevant professional experience in IT Less than three years of practical experience in consulting with IT cover and in requirement management IREB certification or comparable training/certification in request management Scrum certification(s) or comparable training on agile methods Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: Experience in the field of official statistics Know-how with contracting entities Knowledge of project management Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Initiative, solution-oriented operation Readiness to learn
