You take over the individual planning of demanding logistics properties and bring complex requirements into sophisticated, economical and functional solutions You develop disciplinaryly coordinated design concepts and present them to our customers You are responsible for the approval and execution planning and involve technical engineering services and audit planning In close cooperation with our sales managers, you will create holistic solutions that combine architectural quality, functionality and cost-effectiveness You coordinate and organize the internal planning processes, with clients, authorities and specialist engineers

Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, as an alternative a completed training to the designer (m/w/d) or qualification to the construction technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in design and execution planning of projects mainly in industrial construction (focus LPH 1–5) Safe handling and good knowledge in a planning software (revitable, but no need) as well as graphic and presentation programs Self-employed, quality and result-oriented work Teamability and Communication Strength
