As part of our TS team, you take over the technical implementation of sophisticated ALE communication solutions (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) with medium and large customers.

In the role of the Alcatel Implementation Engineer (L3), you are responsible for the technical implementation of ALE communication solutions. You bring more than 3 years of experience and have profound knowledge in VoIP, SIP and SBC integration. The position also requires readiness to travel within Germany. Planning, installation and configuration of OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) incl. high availability and virtualization; Management via OmniVista 8770. Design, installation and configuration of Rainbow incl. high availability and virtualization; Management via OmniVista 8770. Implementation of Contact Center scenarios (OmniPCX/CCD), incl. Skill routing, reporting and Agent desktop; Integrations (e.g. Genesys/RSI). Hybrid/cloud integrations with Rainbow (WebRTC gateway, OXERainbow coupling, Security/Compliance). SIP-Trunking & SBC-Interop (e.g. audio codes): numbering plans, LCR, emergency call routing, test & acceptance. Troubleshooting, root cause analyses, change/release management, documentation and know-how transfer according to SLA.

Multiannual project experience (≥ 3 years) with ALE communication solutions, especially OXE and OmniVista 8770; safe in OXE operation (SIP/IP/DECT). Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE), ideal for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD; Ready for ongoing recertification. Funded knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, network technology (QoS, VLAN, firewall), Linux/Windows basics. readiness to travel within Germany (service travel by directive); very good knowledge of German and good English. Nice-to-have Experience with Alcatel Native Encryption Experience with Alcatel VNA, VAA and other Alcatel UC products Experience with Rainbow Hybrid Setups, Security/Compliance (ISO 27001, CSPN), and Microsoft Interop (e.g. Teams Direct Routing).
