Master's thesis in the field of process optimization

Position type: limited to max. 6 months Working hours: Full-time

As part of this master's thesis, you develop innovative approaches to early detection of quality deviations in the paint application. In doing so, you analyse existing processes, identify targeted optimization potentials and thus make a direct contribution to improving the order process as well as increasing process efficiency. Your tasks:

Conducting a literature and market analysis on existing processes of quality monitoring in paint application Analysis and evaluation of internal studies as well as relevant influencing factors on the order process Investigation of the existing application process with regard to quality-relevant process parameters Development and testing of an approach to improved detection of quality deviations Planning, implementation and evaluation of test series (e.g. Design of Experiment) Close cooperation with the fields of production, technology, process and supplier and process development

Studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or comparable courses Extensive interest in technical and mechanical issues as well as a practical operation First practical experience in the technical environment is desirable High acceptance of responsibility and independent, structured and targeted work Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence German and English language skills in word and writing Safe handling of all common Microsoft Office applications Fun at work in teams
