You run and develop a team of CAD Specialists and technical designers professionally as well as disciplinary You set priorities, define standards and optimize processes to continuously increase quality, efficiency and productivity You carry out regular team meetings, promote the further development of your employees and support the team in technical issues You create clear responsibilities, challenge tasks and accompany the integration and further development of new team members First floor plans, ceiling plans, views, cuts and detailed drawings for all project phases from design planning to assembly planning in projects in health engineering You develop special technical solutions for individual customer requirements and create the accompanying drawings, specifications and assembly concepts You first set up lists and performance directories for procurement, production and project execution Integrit new products and technical solutions in our MEDglas systems You work closely with project management, purchasing, production, assembly, as well as other areas of expertise and are a contact person for customers and suppliers on technical topics You document your work structured and ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and quality standards

You have completed technical training or studies, for example as a technical system planner (m/w/d), technical designer (m/w/d) incl. or in a similar field You bring several years of professional experience in technical planning, construction or engineering, ideally in the construction or building sector You have already successfully managed teams and have experience in professional and disciplinary employee development You have well-founded knowledge in handling 3D planning tools, preferably Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Inventor You have experience in the simultaneous support of several projects in a project-oriented environment You have good knowledge of relevant technical standards, guidelines and planning standards Experiences in the construction industry, ideally in healthcare or hospital construction, are advantageous You know the cooperation in international matrix organisations and move safely in a complex stakeholder environment You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented and convince by a pronounced hand-on mentality You can communicate in German and English with internal and external contacts
