• Coordination of heating and user data for measurement service providers • Own-responsible production of operating and heating cost accounting for complex residential and commercial objects • Processing of day-to-day and sales accounts as part of owner or managerial changes • Examination and implementation of contractual arrangements in close cooperation with Property Management • Appropriate allocation and maintenance of accounting costs and master data in the management systems • Processing of queries, contradictions and customer requests related to additional cost accounting

• Commercial training with an immobility background or perennial professional experience • Secure accounting understanding and sound knowledge in operating costs • Ideal experience in handling relevant management systems (SAP, Yardi, iX-Haus, IMS, REALAX) • Dangerous German knowledge
