About the “Compliance” area we are looking for a*n at the Ulm or Taufkirchen site at the next possible time Export Compliance Manager (m/d) The function of the Export Compliance is located at the top level in the 'General Counsel' area. This assignment links the task with further central topics and thus offers short coordination paths. The enrolled entity includes the governance of all HENSOLDT AG companies, with the aim of limiting risk factors by means of specifications and advice.

Advice on and development of Group-wide export regulations Continuous development of the internal control and control system (ICP) and of business processes, monitoring, documentation Monitoring / implementation of legislative changes Participation in internal or official investigations and audits and due diligence in M&A projects Requirements for export clauses in contracts and offers as well as creation of training content Contact person*in for management and operational areas

Graduate degree with a focus on law, economics, engineering, natural sciences or comparable career Found professional experience and knowledge in inter/national export control and embargo law including implementation in SAP, GTS Monitoring/implementation of legislative changesParticipation in internal or official investigations and audits as well as due diligence in M&A projectsProcesses for export clauses in contracts and offers as well as preparation of training contents Advice on and development of Group-wide export regulations Contact person*in for management and operational areas Independent, careful and responsible operation Communication and enforcement strength as well as ability to team work Very good knowledge of German and English
