SEO & GEO Manager (m/w/d)

Active management of a prioritized backlog of initiatives to improve performance, including the development of investment cases from discovery to scaling Conducting experiments to validate SEO performance hypothesis, including SEO A/B tests and custom frameworks Use of technical and analytical expertise to identify optimization potentials, including data acquisition and combination of different data sets to generate new insights Coordination of the implementation of SEO initiatives in cooperation with product management, technology and other stakeholders Cooperation with analysts, data scientists and data engineers as required Maintaining transparency through SEO performance through monitoring and reporting relevant key figures and using the knowledge to control measures Representation of one's own responsibility in cross-disciplinary contexts Responsibility and reporting on team-level and senior stakeholders

Embossed analytical skills and deep SEO expertise at expert level Three years of experience in the (Enterprise-)SEO, especially in areas such as travel or e-commerce companies Proven successes in project management and a strong ability to prioritize operational day tasks Advanced knowledge in dealing with all common SEO tools for research, reporting and diagnostics (e.g. keyword research, competitive analysis, bot analysis, scraping, audits, traffic analysis, web analytics etc.) Knowledge of the developing landscape in the field of Large Language Models (LLMs) and search as well as the resulting opportunities in the field of GEO (Global Expansion Opportunities / Geotargeting) Understanding relevant datasets in the SEO ecosystem Basic knowledge of SQL and Python flowing English skills in word and writing
