KMW has an installed capacity of 750 MW at the Ingelheimer Aue site in Mainz with a modern GuD power plant and a gas combination block. They operate and monitor the exhaust gas purification system (AGR) in compliance with all relevant technical parameters and regulations. They notify the shift management and power planters in all deviations from the proper, permit-compliant and cost-optimal plant operation and take care of the initiation of necessary countermeasures. They provide an appropriate work design for troubleshooting and take care of the maintenance of the control and measuring instruments as well as the execution of smaller repair work. They are responsible for checking the equipment, the disposal and repair of the impurities and cleaning of the associated equipment parts. They control loading and unloading operations and carry operational protocols in the electronic shiftbook.

They are industrial mechanics of the field of industrial engineering or bring a professional qualification in a metal profession. They have at least one year's professional experience in a power plant, a thermal waste treatment plant or a comparable experience. They're ready for history.
