REQUIREMENTS

The Base Maintenance CAMO Representative (BMCR) is responsible for monitoring and analysis of project-related DHL-Heavy Maintnenance events. Main tasks include:

• Monitoring the general performance of the MRO and the DHL-Base Maintenance service provider on site as a representative of the DHL CAMO.
• Funged as a direct connection between the Base Maintenance Maintenance (MRO) and the DHL CAMO organization.
• Monitors the quality and performance standards of DHL.
• Checks compliance with all contractual agreements between maintenance (MRO) and DHL.
• In case of planned base maintenance events on site in the MRO facility and has to adapt to a constantly changing workplace (intensive travel activity).
• Supports in the preparation of the planned maintenance, including participation in pre- and post-conferences of lying times.
• has actively focused on process optimization and strengthening cooperation between internal departments and external partners.
• has to maintain direct communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and to coordinate with manufacturers/ suppliers and other DHL service providers.

• Participate in daily meetings and share all relevant information with DHL CAMO.
• Check all commissioned works and their findings. Identify areas with operational risks of maintenance (MRO).
• Evaluate seasonal projects of base maintenance and contribute to preparation for the upcoming season.
• Develop and distribute recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Initiating, tracking, coordinating and investigating events during base maintenance in the defined responsibility area .
• analyse technical events during base maintenance and, where appropriate, identify trends with other operators that could affect the operation.
• Follow corrective measures and ensure that responsibilities and deadlines are complied with.
• Promote a positive and proactive approach to base maintenance.
• Participate in introductory and recurring training for base maintenance.
• Other tasks assigned by the Base Maintenance Manager.

WHAT WHAT?

• Part-66 license or relevant engineering or master's degree or equivalent practical experience with comprehensive knowledge in the civil aviation industry.
• Extensive experience in the maintenance of aircraft, engines or related equipment or in CAMO activity.
• Strong understanding of the needs of base maintenance with focus on cost efficiency, transit time (TAT) and high quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Systematic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay under pressure effectively while strict deadlines are adhered to.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• readiness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% for MRO facilities and 25% for CAMO).
• Flowing knowledge in written and spoken English and German.
• Competent in handling computer systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and TRAX.
