Processing of customer and supplier requests Transfer of requests to the departments Telephone and written recording and processing of complaints Monitoring of external delivery companies

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an office merchant, or commercial experience desirable First experience in customer service desirable Good MS Office knowledge Very good German knowledge Reliability and teamability A structured and independent operation 2-layer width Working time model: full-time (37,5 hours/week) or part-time (at least 20 hours/week)
