Building Technicians in the Housing Industry (m/f/d)

● You secure the traffic safety and legal operator obligations in the nationwide housing stock, communicate with supervisory authorities and accompany external audits as well as the necessary documentation for technical installations. ● You initiate and control measures to improve the operational safety of drinking water, elevator, ventilation, smoke warning, fire alarm and sprinkler systems and support the real estate teams during construction, commissioning and operation. ● You write engineering and construction services, acquire and tax framework contracts and modernization measures and report to the technical procurer regularly on the status and results of your projects.

● You have a successfully completed technical study, ideally in building or utility technology, or a comparable qualification. ● You bring several years of professional experience in building or utility technology, preferably in housing or housing. ● You convince with very good German knowledge, communication strength, a solution-oriented and self-responsive way of working, readiness to travel and a class B driving licence.
