Join our Patient Program the supporting TRICARE Overseas mission.
Core responsibilities include: Medical Case Management: Oversee and coordinate inpatient care for patients
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate smooth transitions of care upon hospital discharge back to the responsible treatment facility
Patient Advocacy and Support Ensure patients understand their treatment plans Act as an intermediary between treating medical teams and patients, including language support where needed
About You Registered General Nurse (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience and registration to practice in Germany Recognized qualification to minimum diplomatic level or equivalent experience (demonstrated through portfolio/CV) Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including typing, MS Teams, and fast learning and navigating new systems (e.g., CRM/Salesforce and other platforms) Professional in German and English Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's licenses with no restrictions Passionate about international healthcare
