For our market in Cuxhaven we are looking for you as Head of Department (m/w/d) They ensure compliance with business performance indicators and are responsible for the work processes from product disposition, delivery and storage to goods sales With pleasure to serve and advise our customers in the dry range They implement and implement sales promotion measures With passion, you will lead your team, work new staff and plan staff deployment You work according to our and legal quality requirements

A completed training in retail / wholesale is desirable They understand how to think and act in a business and already have experience as department manager Ideally you bring goods and assortment knowledge in the dry range with They are flexible, reliable and are characterized by an independent operation
