You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the entire kitchen and ensure a smooth running of all kitchen processes You will guide your team clearly, structured and motivating and secure an efficient organization of all items You control and monitor the preparation and preparation in the à la carte shop as well as all other culinary offers You are responsible for the quality, presentation and taste of all foods and continuously develop them You will ensure close cooperation between all kitchen areas and the various R&B outlets You are responsible for the compliance and further development of recipes, standards as well as the economic control (goods use, calculations) You control administrative processes such as ordering, goods management, inventory and menu planning independently You will explore market and food trends, develop creative concepts and actively bring new ideas into the culinary offering You are responsible for recruiting, incorporating, guiding and developing your team You ensure consistent compliance with all hygiene regulations according to HACCP and live them as a model in everyday work

You have a successful completion of vocational training as a cook/kitchen and several years of professional experience in senior position You bring well-founded leadership experience and understand how to develop, motivate and manage a team You appear confident, professional and binding and convince by a safe appearance and a well-kept appearance You work structured, keep an overview even in challenging situations and meet your own decisions You think economically, have key figures such as goods use and personnel costs in mind and trade business You are flexible, resilient and actively promoting a team-oriented and value-adding work culture
