Living in cooperation: expert guidance and support of a team of around 10 employees; Planning and organisation of daily operations as well as contact person for the team in professional and organizational questions Promote progress: coordination, optimization and documentation of workflows and ensuring high cleaning quality through regular quality controls and direct coordination with employees and supervisors. Precisely implement: instructing employees to use cleaning agents and auxiliary equipment; You ensure that work, health and safety regulations are complied with consistently. Working hours: Monday to Friday in day-to-day shift by arrangement (providing for occasional Saturday work should be available)

Experience: Multiannual experience in building, industrial or technical cleaning. First experience in the professional guidance or guidance of employees is of advantage. Knowledge: Height-fitness required as well as lift ticket of advantage (if not available, training takes place) Personality and working methods: You take responsibility, keep an overview of work-intensive situations and are happy to work in the team.
