As Property Manager (m/w/d) in Real Estate Management, you are a competent contact person and assists the management in implementing the real estate strategy in compliance with the dates, costs, and quality requirements You are the first contact person for landlords, tenants, service providers as well as the area management within the lease management. In this context, you are also responsible for the maintenance of the master data as well as the monitoring and supervision of the lease agreements You will take care of the acquisitions and returns of leased areas, the enforcement of contractual agreements, as well as the examination and creation of additional cost accounting In addition, you support reporting and budgeting of building costs and keep the costs and budgets The coordination and monitoring of object-related costs including payment transactions and internal / external settlements (movements, incidental costs, etc.) are also part of your diverse tasks
