Technical Customer Advisor - Pool Technology / SHK (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact with problems and take telephone customer requests and trouble messages around our pool and wellness facilities. You offer technical telephone advice and you can analyze and solve many problems directly on the phone thanks to your understanding of pool technology (pumps, filter systems, water treatment, controls). You can calculate and create customised offers for our customers, for example for required spare parts, upcoming repairs or service operations.

You have a commercial training or relevant professional experience in the office or assistance area and are safe to use the PC. Ideally, you bring a technical or handcrafted affinity (e.g. from SHK, Elektrik or as a passionate homeworker) to understand technical connections quickly. With your structured and reliable way of working, you always keep an overview and enjoy analysing problems. As a communication talent, you remain calm and patient even in the case of tricky customer requests and explain technical facts easily and understandably. You communicate in German in word and writing.
