This is your responsibility: Cancellations: You cancel engagements in private and perspective business.

Development: You create independent resolution concepts and implement them.

Insolvency: Edit insolvency proceedings and manage the interface to debt collection service providers. In addition, you initiate enforcement measures.

Communication: In addition, you communicate with debtors, their legal advisers, insolvency administrators and/or the debtor advisory bodies.

To convince us: Training: You have completed a bank training or a comparable qualification.

Experience: You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in the field of activity.

Knowledge: You have legal knowledge in the field of jurisdiction, in particular in insolvency law, and the regulatory requirements are familiar to you.
